ARTICLE 1: PURPOSE AND DEFINITIONS

1.1. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the relationship between MONEYMOON™, hereinafter referred to as “the Seller” and customers, hereinafter referred to as “the Customers”, for the creation of a Honeymoon Fund.

1.2. The Honeymoon Fund is an online fundraising service that allows newlyweds to collect donations for their honeymoon.

ARTICLE 2: PURPOSE OF THE SALE

2.1. The Seller offers its Customers a Honeymoon Fund creation service, which includes:

  • The creation of a customer account and an Honeymoon Fund management space.
  • The creation of a personalized website for the Honeymoon Fund.
  • The management of donations and messages of goodwill received by the couple.
  • The provision of a tool for tracking donations and messages.

ARTICLE 3: PRICE AND TERMS OF PAYMENT

3.1. The price for creating a Honeymoon Fund is set at €0.

3.2. Payment is made at the time of ordering, by credit card or bank transfer.

ARTICLE 4: PROPERTY RIGHTS

4.1. The Seller retains the intellectual property rights to the elements created for the Honeymoon Fund, in particular the website and related content.

4.2. Customers retain the property rights to the content they provide for the Honeymoon Fund, provided that this content does not contain any illegal or offensive material.

ARTICLE 5: OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

5.1. The Seller undertakes to provide a high-quality service and to meet the deadlines for putting the Honeymoon Fund online.

5.2. Customers undertake to provide accurate and up-to-date information on their customer account and to comply with the terms and conditions of use of the service.

ARTICLE 6: LIABILITY

6.1. The Seller is liable for damage caused to Customers as a result of poor performance of the contract, provided that Customers have informed the Seller of such damage within 48 hours of its occurrence.

6.2. Customers are liable for damage caused to the Seller as a result of misuse of the service.

ARTICLE 7: TERM OF THE CONTRACT

7.1. The contract is concluded for a period of two months from the date the Honeymoon Fund is posted online.

7.2. The contract may be tacitly renewed for an equal period, unless terminated by one of the parties with fifteen days' notice.

ARTICLE 8: DISCHARGE

8.1. The parties are discharged from their liability in the event of force majeure, in particular in the event of technical failure, strike, or natural disaster.

ARTICLE 9: APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

9.1. These GTC are subject to Indonesian law.

9.2. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these GTC shall be submitted to the competent courts of Bali.

ARTICLE 10: MODIFICATION OF THE GTC

10.1. The Seller reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time, without notice or authorization from Customers.

10.2. Customers will be notified of any changes to the GTC by email or by publication on the Seller's website.

By checking the box “I accept the general terms and conditions of sale,” Customers declare that they have read and accepted these GTC.
